Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qiscast, the website, dashboard, and API (together, the "Service") provided by Qiscast ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Qiscast lets you connect your own social media accounts and schedule, publish, and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a single dashboard or through our API. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and workspaces, including actions taken via your API keys. Notify us promptly at hello@qiscast.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Connected platforms

When you link a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account, you authorize Qiscast to publish and manage content on your behalf using the access those platforms grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining the necessary rights and permissions for every account you connect, and you can disconnect any account at any time.

5. Your content

You retain all ownership of the content you upload or publish through Qiscast. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and deliver your posts to the platforms you choose. You represent that you have the rights to the content you publish and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a connected platform's policies.
• Distribute spam, malware, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Post on accounts you do not own or lack authorization to manage.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or expose the Service in a way that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

7. API and fair use

API keys (in the form qis_live_...) are scoped to your workspace and must be kept confidential. We may apply rate limits and fair-use thresholds to keep the Service reliable for everyone. Automated publishing must still comply with the destination platforms' rules. We may suspend keys that are abused or compromised.

8. Plans and billing

Qiscast offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you select until canceled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of any change to pricing, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or use the Service in a way that harms others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not control the third-party platforms you connect and are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or actions they take on your accounts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qiscast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes and contact
